Jeff Wallem is a long time resident of Northern Illinois. After graduating from high school in Rockford, he received a Bachelors degree from Northern Illinois University, and later earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Jeff served in a variety of management and administrative positions with the International Harvester Co. (now Navistar), Sundstrand Corporation (now Collins Aerospace/RTX), and two small businesses.
Jeff has been a financial advisor since 1994 and has earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Jeff has served as a volunteer and leader in local and regional organizations including Alpine Kiwanis Club of Rockford, NIU Rockford Club, NIU College of Business Board of Executive Advisors, Christ United Methodist Church of Rockford, United Methodist Foundation/Northern Illinois (now Midwest Methodist Foundation) and the Poplar Grove Wings and Wheels Museum.
Jeff is married to Cheryl, an artist and retired Rockford Public School teacher. They have t wo married daughters, Lindsey (Pat) and Lauren (Adam) and one granddaughter.
Jeff earned his private pilots license while in high school and now flies a 1954 Cessna 170B at the Poplar Grove, Illinois Airport.
